Learning sessions will be conducted by Marshall University Transition Aged Youth Project Team with roundtable discussions following each session. Collectively, we will work together to define new success measures for the population, learn relevant state and national data points, and better understand current best practice interventions.
National Thought Leaders will offer their perspective on solutions for supporting young people and older youth as they emerge into adulthood.
